Plans
are currently being put together for a possible U.K. E.L.O. Convention
for 2011 in Tamworth. It is being organised by Tina McBain, Ian Gibbons
and Jeff Cooper. Phil Bates is also on board for this project. The
organisers really need to know if there are enough interested people out
there to pull off what they have planned for such an event.
A group has been set up on Facebook (Click
Here or on the Facebook Link in the right-hand column) for you to register your interest, so please go there and leave
a message. You'll need to sign up to Facebook if you're not already a
member (it's free). There is a massive international E.L.O./Orchestra
community on Facebook so join in the fun with this friendly community.
If you are not happy about joining Facebook to register your
interest, then please email myself directly at
jim@theelonetwork.com. Please feel
free to add any ideas you may have for the event, what you would like to see,
hear, etc. Also final dates for this event have not yet been set so any comments
on this would be most welcome.
All ideas, and numbers registering interest via myself will be
passed on to the organisers whom I am in contact with and hopefully able to
assist in this event.
PLEASE FEEL FREE TO PASS ON THIS
INFORMATION TO FRIENDS, OTHER WEBSITES, FELLOW E.L.O. FANS, etc.
SPREAD THE WORD AS WE WANT AS MANY
FANS AS
POSSIBLE TO BE
ABLE TO ATTEND THIS FANTASTIC EVENT!
